A woman was found died Saturday morning after she did not return from a Friday hike at a Utah national park. Bryce canyon national park received a person who had not arrived.

Bryce canyon nation park is located approximately four hours northeast of Las Vegas in Utah. National park Service identified the hiker as Jeanne Howell, of Flagstaff, Arizona.
Jeanne Howell was found dead at 1:30 a.m. early Saturday morning in Campbell Canyon, a mile east of the Fairyland Loop.
She had taken a hike on the Fairyland Loop trail, where a thunderstorm delivered heavy rain to Bryce Canyon that afternoon. Flash flooding occurred along the 8-mile Fairyland Loop trail.
A rescue teams found the body of Ms. Howell. She was pronounced deceased at the scene by a Garfield County medical examiner.
