Around a mile from where Ms. Bulley was last seen walking her dog alongside the River Wyre in Lancashire after dropping her girls off at school, the body was discovered.According to what is known, when a couple walking their dog close to a river reported seeing a person in the water, they alerted the police, who then launched a search.
