The CFO, or Chief Financial Officer, is in the end accountable for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the organization’s financial reporting.
The CFO helps set up and direct the organization’s financial goals and objectives, its budget, and the Financial Plan.
The CFO has primary duty for making sure that inner controls are in place, enforced, and reviewed periodically for conformance to accounting and financial requirements and relevant regulations.
CFO-CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES,
CFO have following duties or responsibilities,
1.Top Management in the stock providing process, and executes the stock providing process.Analyzes financial statements, and prepares reviews and suggestions .
2.Top Management and the Board of Directors regarding financial performance.Annually creates a capital plan that aligns with general business plans and strategies, and evaluations the capital plan with Top Management and the Board of Directors.
03.Annually evaluations and updates associated party transaction policies and techniques with Top Management and the Board of Directors; and evaluations, approves, and discloses associated party transactions, and yearly distributes the Related Party Transaction Conflict of Interest Questionnaire.
04.Approves all cord transfers over $10,000.Arranges and chairs financial control meetings, and prepares financial reviews and displays for scheduled financial management meetings.
04.Reviews lease/buy considerations for capital equipment.
05.Reviews Accounts Payable material and adds his/her signature.
06.Examines and certifies the annual summary of work-related injuries and illness report.
07.Directs the Finance Department in developing borrowing and financial plans to meet the needs of the Company’s operations.
08.Arranges and chairs financial management meetings, and prepares financial reports and presentations for scheduled financial management meetings.
The Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) is organization below 42 of the Companies Act, 2017.
The ideal of FPCCI is to prop and stimulate the development of trade, commerce, husbandry, assiduity, mining, and transport.
FPCCI intends to appoint a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with qualifi cation, professional capability, and vision to deliver in the grueling commercial terrain.
Job profile,
The CFO shall report to the President through the Secretary General of FPCCI and shall be responsible for finan cial strategy and growth plan of FPCCI.
The ideal seeker should have an excellent knowledge of strategic fi nancial operation, IFRSS, company law, threat operation practices and inspection operation.
Qualifications and experience requirements,
Preference will be given to a seeker having exposure of finance, inspection, secretarial practices and ERP in a large scale commer cial/ Public Sector Company.
A member of honored body of professional accountants;
The candidates have at least 10 times’ experience of fiscal operation, inspection operation, Commercial law, out of which 05 times as elderly operation position in accounts/ finance/ inspection in public or private sector association;
Well clued with IFRS, Company law, taxation, and Commercial Governance Framework, Risk operation; Internal Controls, Strong leadership rates with capability to lead, motivate and trainer platoon members
