In cigarettes Nicotine is used which is highly addictive. The addictive effect of nicotine make it difficult to quit the smoking.Many smokers continue to smoke in order to avoid the pain of withdrawal symptoms.

Nicotine reaches your brain within 10 seconds of when it enters your body. It causes the brain to release adrenaline, and that creates a buzz of pleasure and energy.

Smoking leads to disease and disability and harms nearly every organ of the body.

Smoking reduces the ability to smell and taste. It affects the taste receptors, people lose their taste buds, and overall they lose appetite.

Heart diseases and cancer

Smoking causes cancer i.e lung cancer or mouth cancer etc.It can also cause heart disease and stroke.

Tuberculosis

Smoking also increases the danger of tuberculosis that can effect our health badly.

Eyes problems and Bad breath

it can cause several eyes problem and is a majority source of bad breath.

Blood pressure

it usually increases the blood pressure and heart rate.It also decreased blood flow to fingers and toes and decreased the skin temperature.

•Relaxation Techniques can be very useful for it because once you start to avoid cigarette it can cause anxieties so for the purpose of your comfort these can help you.

•Get physical when you feel that you’ve to smoke urgently due to your addiction then try to engage yourself in some physical activity or therapy.

•chewing something healthy like carrots and other vaggies can also help you because these things can act as a distraction.

Drink plenty of Water will help in detoxifying the body. Whenever you feel the urge to smoke, drink a glass of water. This will not only decrease the craving but will also reduce the withdrawal symptoms.
